Production line and field's different requirements

When I visit factories I see how workers in production lines measure, install, position and adjust elements inside the machines' bodies to make sure they don't touch or press other elements. Everything has to be in their own right place. When the workers go outside to do the same work in field when requested, they naturally follow the same criterias and quality standards of the production lines, but as they don’t have the same controled enviroment, they need specific experience and some different skills to perform similar quality job as inside the plant. Knowing this condition is elementary to achieve the desired results, therefore, a single concept is necessary to avoid frustrations: indoor and outdoor productions are not the same. Industry is tring to find a way to decentralize production as it sees how hard is to keep stantards. So don't disregard this fact: workers can be the same inside and outside, but their work can not.
